Some have karaoke contests, some have the kids perform a skit, and some have lip-synching contests, which is the case with this Michigan family.

At the Haddad family’s annual contest, dad, Steve Haddad donned a black leotard and joined his daughters for their rendition of Beyonce’s hit song and video, ‘Single Ladies’.

And we think he deserves the Dad of the Year award!

Apparently, so does the rest of the internet, because this hilarious video has gone viral.

Though Steve said that he didn’t really want to do the epic performance, we can tell that he was having a lot of fun – and he’s got some smooth moves!

His wife, Tina, captured the video and explained how the dance came about. She said:

“The girls were trying to come up with a brilliant idea to beat the competition which in this family it’s tough.

I threw out the Beyoncé single ladies video. The girls BEGGED him and because he loves to make us laugh, through much nagging on our part he agreed.“

What a good sport! And guess what? THEY WON THE CONTEST!

Stephanie Kahan was on a flight back to San Francisco on Halloween last year when a young father comes down the aisle and hands out — ‘something.’

At first she is confused, as you don’t typically receive anything from other passengers before a flight.

Then she sees the note attached… Oh My Gosh!!

There is something so special seeing the love between a father and daughter and the things he will do for her.

It reads: “My 3-year-old daughter, Molly, was bummed that she wouldn’t be able to go trick-or-treating this year due to this flight… so I decided to bring trick-or-treating to her. If you are willing, when my little donut comes down the aisle, please drop this in her basket. You’ll be making her Halloween! If you’re unwilling, no worries, just pass the treat back to me. Thanks so much!
