An adventurous group of guys decided to go, as it’d be a great way to see the Cape of Good Hope.

One of the cyclists strapped a camera on his handlebars to record their great time. At one point, he hung back a little so he could have his friends in the footage.

Everything was going smoothly; everyone was enjoying the fresh air by the ocean and taking in the scenery.

It was pretty uneventful; just relaxing and beautiful. But that changed in an instant.

All of a sudden, there was an animal on the road. The guy that was recording was the only who saw it at first.

The huge thing was chasing his friends and he couldn’t believe it!

He just kept peddling, hoping to catch up with his friends to tell them to look behind them…they were being chased by a giant ostrich!

Fear turned to folly in just a short time, though, because he quickly realized that it wasn’t chasing his friends, it just joined the race.

That’s when you can hear the bicyclist who is filming cracking up!

He almost lost his balance because he was laughing so hard.

The dog named Max Jean is sitting in a chair with the baby boy. All seems normal at first…

Suddenly, the baby’s face starts turning red and he’s grunting. Oh yes, we all know what’s about to happen – everyone, that is, but poor Max Jean.

Mom is doing her best not to laugh so she can record what happens.

The anticipated moment arrives and the poor dog just turns and looks at the baby.

When it hits him, he jumps from the chair in a hurry leaving the baby to topple over on his side!

The timing was just perfect, too.

It’s hardly uncommon to see dogs and even cats running up to a school bus, so they can get some much-needed affection the instant the student disembarks.

But a bunch of students and one very surprised bus driver never expected the animal that came sprinting up the driveway one afternoon…

The bus stopped in front of Savannah Burns’ home in Atlanta, Texas and before Savannah got off, here it came!

A little black spot rushing straight at the bus, obviously happy that her friend had come home.

But what the heck was it?

It wasn’t a cat or a dog and it moved sort of funny…and once it got closer to the bus, the kids on board realized the thing had feathers!

Yep, it was the family’s pet rooster that had charged forward to say hello. In fact, the loyal pet meets Savannah EVERY day after school.

In and of itself, that’s pretty strange. Not many kids have roosters as pets, though we assume at least a few do.

No, the strangeness continues from there: Firstly, this rooster is a little different. He has feathers all the way down to his feet and he doesn’t really run…he sort of hops.

And that odd trait resulted in the second piece of strangeness. As Savannah’s mom Holley said:

“He didn’t walk—he hopped,” Holley said. “My son was like, ‘It’s hopping like a frog. We should name him Frog.’”

Yes, the rooster’s name is indeed Frog and perhaps strangest of all, he doesn’t really care about hanging out with his bird friends. He much prefers humans!

And he has created quite the bond with teenage Savannah. Some people find it weird but it makes perfect sense to the Burns family.

“When people see a rooster running at them,” Holley said, “everybody’s first instinct is, ‘Oh my God, he’s going to attack me.’”

But he certainly isn’t out to attack anyone. And the family does have a dog, by the way; his name is Casper, and Frog loves him, too!

“Frog will jump on top of Casper,” Holley said, “and Casper will lie on top of him, like, ‘OK, what are you doing?’”

Yes, this is one strange bird but in a wonderful way. Irregular he may be but he has become a truly integral member of the household. Finished Holly:

“He’s a very big member of our family. Or a very small member of our family.”

Frog is now a social media sensation and you can see why. Bet you’ve never seen such a strange and loyal rooster!

But of course, most of the time you have a good idea who the culprit is, right?

One morning, this mom woke up ready to get dressed and work out early, but she discovered one of her sneakers was gone.

She knew she left them by her closet the night before so she could quickly get ready in the morning.

She felt the mystery could easily be solved because this particular morning there was only her and her Husky, named Azlan, at home.

So, she pointed a finger at the pup and accused him of the sneaker caper.

Thank goodness she caught it all on video.

He really took offense at being accused of the theft and put on a show of innocence like you’ve never seen!

But alas, Azlan realized he was caught with his paw in the cookie jar, so to speak, and started defending himself with an adorable explanation.

Mom still wasn’t buying it and told the husky pup:

“Azlan, I know you stole my shoe. Go pick it up and bring it back.” She wasn’t buying his backtalk.

Finally feeling defeated, Azlan stares at her for a moment, and then high-tails it out of the room walking with a little attitude in his step.

Guess what he returns with? The look on his face is if he’s saying “Where’d that come from?!”

This is just too adorable not to watch! He’s one smart cookie, even though Mom is still smarter!

Oh, it was a PERFECT idea.

When the music starts, their little heads start bobbing and they look at each other.

It’s as though the challenge is on and they’re just waiting for the beat to drop.

Their owners explain that a stellar performance leads to a treat, so they give it their all!

In the background, the song “What is Love” starts in the background and then they crank it up.

Jonathan and Sadie totally start rocking out and everyone in the room breaks into a fit of laughter.

These two really strut their stuff, and it’s obvious that they are going to be great friends. Heck, maybe they’ll even share some dance moves!
