This Unique Cat Has An Important Job, And He Hasn’t Missed Work In 4 Years

When little Betty Boo was adopted at just 8-weeks, she was a little weak, so her new mom, Chris, took her to the vet.

Thankfully, Betty Boo got stronger as she grew.

During the time she was so little, Chris spent a lot of time with her. And the two got quite attached!

So, when Chris opened her hair salon, she didn’t want to leave Betty Boo alone all the time and decided to take her with her.

That may seem a little odd but this beautiful cat turned out to be a good luck charm!

In fact, Chris says she gives Betty Boo big props for making her business such a success.

She welcomes all the customers as they come in and sits on the counter, just waiting for some affection.

When no one is there to greet, she heads off into the salon to visit with customers, and they LOVE her!

She looks for a warm, empty lap to curl up in, or will play with clients if they’re willing.

She doesn’t care anything about an empty chair…she wants attention!

Her favorite time to jump in someone’s lap is when they are getting their hair shampooed.

She must think it is a traumatic experience (cats don’t like water, of course) so she tries to soothe them by reaching up to pat their face. How adorable!

There are a lot of clients that come back again and again just to spend time with Betty Boo while getting their hair done.

And who wouldn’t like to have a kitty to cuddle while getting our hair done? 😉
