Stray So Badly Matted He Can’t Even Walk – After Shaving, This Hidden Beauty Appears

A couple out for a drive late one Florida evening spotted this dog barely moving.

He was so terribly matted that it was a struggle just to walk. It was such a tragic sight!

They couldn’t leave the poor dog there in that condition, so they loaded him in their car and went home.

Not knowing what to do, they turned to social media for help. And thankfully, their post was quickly answered by a local groomer, Kari Falla.

Kari explained that “When a dog is matted that badly, it can cause its blood flow to stop as well as bruising to the dog.” 

She knew that she had to do something quickly, and even though it was almost midnight she had them meet her at her salon.

“I knew it was bad, but nothing prepared me for what I saw.

It smelled like death and the dog could not walk.”

She cleaned and clipped on the dog until three in the morning, and then got him to the vet for medical care.

The doctor found that the poor dog, now named Lucky, is deaf and blind.

But he’s now with a foster family while he fully recovers and look what a beauty he is now!

He certainly appears to be a very happy pup and his life should be full of love after his rescue.
