After all, should we really punish an adorable furry thief that simply steals a loaf of bread?

That’s what happened at a supermarket in Brazil: one day, there was a brazen robbery.

A sneaky four-legged friend slipped in the front entrance of the store, and then began to plot out his dastardly plan.

He waited for just the right moment and then, he snagged the bread and ran for the door!

It happened quickly and employees only spotted a furry flash out the corners of their eyes.

So, they checked the security camera and then they were able to identify the bread-snatcher…

It was a cute little pup!

As it turns out, it was funny … but certainly not in the way he expected.

When at the beach, this dope spotted a dog wandering by the water.

For some reason, he decided he’d run up and try to kick it.

…humans can be such idiots sometimes.

So, he raced off over the sand and when he got close to the poor pooch, he prepared to unleash a vicious kick.

But it just didn’t work out that way.

First thing that happens, he slips backward and falls flat on his back. That alone is pretty funny.

But it’s what happens seconds later that has animal lovers all over the world laughing and applauding…

The instant the guy gets to his feet, a bunch of dogs comes out of nowhere and starts chasing him across the beach!

He must not have seen the pups, or maybe he didn’t think they’d defend their friend.

Either way, they came sprinting after him and he took off, desperate to get away … then he falls again, this time into the waves.

Doesn’t get much better than that, right!

It’s called karma, you moron! Don’t ever kick a dog, got it?

When Kaylyn Marie got locked out of her house one day, she knew her dog Sam would be worried. But she didn’t really believe he could help.

The problem was a little more complicated than one might initially believe:

Kaylyn had been swimming in her backyard pool and her pup was inside, waiting for her to finish (all dogs wait for their beloved owners!).

But when Kaylyn got out, she realized the piece of wood that blocks the sliding door had fallen back into place. She couldn’t get in!

It wasn’t that the door was locked; the piece of wood just wouldn’t allow the door to move.

Sam noticed Kaylyn’s distress, however, and jumped to help!

Kaylyn pointed to the piece of wood and Sam immediately went to work …but could he really manage it? As Kaylyn told The Dodo:

“I was able to get him to start pawing at the door. I honestly didn’t think he’d be able to do it.“

And at first, the enthusiastic pooch couldn’t quite get the piece of wood free. He pawed at it for a bit, but then turned around, as if he was giving up.

However, he returned quickly for another attempt and this time, he maneuvered the stick free and snagged it with his teeth!

Seconds later, Kaylyn was inside and very proud of her smart dog.

But did you know that some are so friendly, they’ll make buddies out of just about any animal?

Jogi the Polish Tatra Sheepdog is one such pooch. This gentle giant has forged a remarkable bond with a helpless little critter, and it’s just the most adorable thing you’ll ever see.

Jogi’s owner, Marcin, was stunned when his gentle giant carried a shivering little ball of fur into his garden in Piskórka, Poland.

Marcin came close to see what Jogi had found and that’s when he realized that his pup’s new playpal was a little bunny!

And not only did Jogi play gently with the baby bunny, but he was also fiercely protective of it. Said Marcin:

“My dog took care of the bunny, defended it and wouldn’t even let people touch it.”

Yes, it was beautiful, but Mr. Marcin knew it probably wasn’t a good idea to blend wild and domestic animals. So, he felt compelled to separate the two.

However, Jorgi would have none of it.

Even after Marcin removed the bunny, the sheepdog would go back and retrieve it! Then the most unbelievable thing happened:

Her adorable little Pekingese/Shih Tzu mix, Simba, was diagnosed with spondylosis when she was only 7 years old.

She lived with that condition for a long time but eventually, the degenerative condition took too hefty of a toll.

At 19 years old, Simba’s damaged spine was causing him immense pain and at such an advanced age, there just weren’t many options left.

So, Mya had to make the horrible decision to put Simba to sleep.

But just before that terrible day, Mya took a little selfie video with her and Simba.

She didn’t expect it to be anything but a memento, but it turned into something so much more.

The dying pup saw Mya’s tears and, as if in an effort to wipe them away, he rubbed his little head against Mya’s cheek.

You won’t find a more poignant moment anywhere! And as Mya told MSN:

“He has never rubbed his face onto someone else’s before. This was such a special moment. I wasn’t expecting him to do this.

I was just taking selfies with him to capture some memorable moments.”

And you know, this turned out to be a major catalyst.

After Simba’s heartbreaking action, Mya just couldn’t bring herself to put her best friend down.

Instead, she has decided to let the ailing pooch pass naturally, so they can both spend just a little more time together.

“Simba and I have a connection that no one can understand, not even family,” said Mya.

“We spend most days together, even though now he sleeps for most of them, [and] he still holds a special place in my heart.”

The bond between a loving owner and her dog … is there anything stronger in the entire world?

Take Bayla, for example. She lives a contented life with her loving family, and she adores everyone in the house.

Of course, not everyone in the family is always around, and pets feel the pain of separation just as keenly as humans.

So, when the two brothers in the home moved out, Bayla was clearly upset. She missed that part of the family the same way the human parents did.

Nowadays, she only gets to see the brothers rarely, whenever they have time to visit.

But those events are too few and far between for Bayla’s liking, which is why she often waits anxiously at the door if she senses they might be coming…

One day, Bayla was indeed waiting by the door but she wasn’t sure yet who might arrive … it was a mystery to the anxious pup until she finally spotted the guest.

Or in this case, guests! Yes, both brothers were coming home to visit!

And that’s when the joyous pooch went absolutely bonkers with glee. The video is just glorious.

She launched herself straight up toward the ceiling, leaping a good four feet in the air, just ecstatic that the family would be whole again!

And occasionally, a lot of miraculous packages can come out of one little mama pup.

Coco the Chihuahua was obviously very pregnant and on the verge of delivering some puppies. Owners Dawn and Bill Slater were plenty happy about the situation.

The animal-loving couple have other Chihuahuas, along with a collie terrier and a few cats. They couldn’t wait to add to their family!

But they wanted to make sure Coco’s pregnancy was moving along well, so they took her to the vet for a routine exam.

That’s when the doctor said Dawn and Bill should expect Coco to deliver five pups, and that the mother was in very good health.

Five pups! That sure seemed like plenty, so the owners went home happy and waited for the mom-to-be to start her painful but wonderful delivery.

Well, it began soon but after the fifth puppy came out, the owners realized the vet had been wrong … Coco wasn’t going to give birth to just five babies.

No, a sixth was definitely on the way. And amazingly enough, Coco just didn’t stop. As Bill told MailOnline:

“When we got to the ninth pup he wasn’t well, his bag had burst and we were trying to revive him.

We thought to ourselves, this is just impossible, when on earth is it going to stop, when the tenth came out.”

Ten puppies?! That really doesn’t seem possible, does it?

The biggest concern Dawn and Bill had was that such a difficult birth might give rise to complications. After all, ten babies could prove dangerous for any dog…

But thankfully, Coco seemed to come through the ordeal all right, and each of the ten pups appeared to be in excellent condition.

The new owners then set out to find homes for some of the babies, because they couldn’t possibly care for all ten!

Coco’s amazing feat is now registered in the Guinness Book of World Records, too! The record litter for dogs is 24, but Coco tops the Chihuahua list with 10.

Just ask 6-year-old Henrique Muraro.

His best friend is a lovable and extremely loyal little pup named Pipo, and their friendship is one that will endure forever. If you don’t believe that, just watch this:

Henrique is unfortunately handicapped and can’t move about easily; he needs a wheelchair to get around.

Obviously, this is very sad and hugely disappointing for a young boy, as they’re supposed to be running around outside. But Henrique’s doctor had an idea:

He suggested Henrique get a dog, which would encourage him to move around more and refine those ailing motor skills.

That’s when Pipo came into the courageous boy’s life and everything immediately got better. Said Rodrigo, Henrique’s older brother:

One day my father’s cousin brought over Pipo.

They became friends immediately and have been inseparable ever since. They spend all day together playing.“

The only time they must be separated is when Henrique goes to school. Poor Pipo must wait and wait … but when that bus pulls up, the joyful pooch races out to greet his favorite person in the world.

And it’s just the most adorable thing you’ll ever see.

Added Rodrigo:

“Pipo started doing this all on his own.

He would always follow when my mother took Henrique to the bus [to] go to school, and then one day he just started running inside the bus when he saw it arrive.

Now he does it every day.“

It’s a daily routine that both Pipo and Henrique just love, as you can clearly see in the video above. Pipo may not be a trained service dog but he’s doing wonders for his best buddy!

Rodrigo says his brother’s “motor skills have improved a lot” and of course, he’s “much happier” thanks to amazing little Pipo.

If that’s not the perfect friendship, I don’t know what is.
